Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SiteGoBoom, a website creation and hosting service operated by MIH Products LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SiteGoBoom creates, hosts, and manages websites for local businesses. Your subscription includes:

• A custom website built from your publicly available business information
• Domain name registration (new domains) or DNS configuration (existing domains)
• Website hosting with SSL encryption
• SEO and AI search optimization
• Self-service editing via an AI-powered editor
• Email support for changes the editor can't make

2. Pricing & Billing

The service costs $49 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. There is no setup fee. Your first 30 days are free — billing begins automatically after the trial period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@sitegoboom.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period
• Your domain name remains yours — we will not interfere with your ownership
• You may request an export of your website files (HTML) at no charge
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

4. Domain Names

If we register a domain on your behalf, you are the registrant. The domain is yours. We manage DNS settings to point the domain to your hosted website. If you cancel, we will release DNS management and you may point the domain wherever you choose.

5. Content

Your website content is generated from publicly available business information (Google Places) and AI-generated text. You are responsible for reviewing your site content for accuracy. You may update content at any time using the AI editor or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to refuse service for websites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates applicable law.

6. AI Editor

The self-service AI editor allows you to modify certain aspects of your website. The editor operates within defined limits — it can change text content, fonts, and colors but cannot alter layout or structure. For changes beyond the editor's capabilities, contact support.

7. Uptime & Liability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Your website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information and any content you provide. The website template, design system, and underlying technology remain the property of MIH Products LLC. AI-generated content (taglines, descriptions) is provided for your use as part of the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
