When you sign up for SiteGoBoom, we collect:

• Business information: Your business name, address, phone number, hours, and services — sourced from Google Places (publicly available data).
• Contact information: Your email address, provided during checkout.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Domain preferences: Your preferred domain name, submitted during checkout.
• Site edits: Changes you make through the AI editor are logged for audit purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To build, host, and maintain your website
• To register your domain name on your behalf
• To process your subscription payments
• To send you your management PIN and service notifications
• To respond to support requests

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate SiteGoBoom:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — website hosting, domain registration, and SSL
• Google Places API — business data (publicly available)
• OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude — AI-powered site content generation and editing
• Resend — transactional emails
• Lob — postcard printing and mailing

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then delete it. Your domain registration is independent and remains yours.

Your Rights

You can request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Export your website as HTML files

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. Stripe uses cookies for fraud prevention during checkout.
