Edit Your Site
You can make many changes yourself! Visit your site and go to /manage (e.g. yoursite.com/manage). Enter your 6-digit PIN and tell the AI editor what you want to change — hours, phone number, services, about text, and more.
Billing & Account
Your subscription is managed through Stripe. To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, use the link in your welcome email or contact us at support@sitegoboom.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I update my business hours?
Go to yoursite.com/manage, enter your PIN, and type something like "Change Monday hours to 9am-5pm". The AI editor will make the change and show you a preview before applying.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! When you sign up, you can choose a new domain (we'll register it for you) or use one you already own. Your domain is yours to keep even if you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Email support@sitegoboom.com and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. No hoops, no retention calls. Your domain remains yours.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site will be taken offline, but your domain stays in your name. We can also export your site as HTML files if you want to host it elsewhere.
Can the AI editor change my site's design?
The AI editor can change fonts and colors. For layout changes, new sections, or image updates, email support@sitegoboom.com and we'll handle it for you.
